- Bill has a Master's Degree in photojournalism from Regent University and nearly 40 years experience as a freelance photographer. His work has been published in the Saturday Evening Post, Old Schoolhouse Magazine, Newark Post, Wilmington Evening Journal, as well as other newspapers and trade magazines. He has shot celebrities such as Carmen, DC Talk, Phil Driscoll, Pat Robertson and Senator Joe Biden, now Vice President Biden.
